Shipping Policy

At Vande International, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time.

  • We offer FREE PAN India shipping on all orders above ₹1,000.
  • For orders below ₹1,000, a shipping charge of ₹100 will be applicable.
  • We ship to most international destinations. Shipping charges and delivery timelines may vary depending on the country and location.
  • Orders are generally dispatched within a minimum of 3 business days and a maximum of 7 business days.
  • For international orders, customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges as per their country's regulations.

Returns Policy

We accept returns only in cases of manufacturing defects or if an incorrect product has been delivered.

  • Eligible products may be returned within 7 days of purchase.

  • In the case of damaged products received during delivery, an unboxing video may be required for verification.
  • Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging and condition.
  • Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Exceptions

  • Products that have been used, altered, or physically damaged by the customer.
